College of Engineering & Rural Technology (CERT), Meerut, was established in 1999 under the aegis of the Chitragupta Social Welfare & Educational Society. Since its inception, the institution has been committed to serving society by addressing the growing need for skilled professionals, caregivers, and educated individuals in the era of global development and modernization.
Over the years, the society has expanded its initiatives to support underprivileged communities through various welfare programs. These include free medical check-ups, free medicines, free food distribution, free engineering education, and elementary education programs aimed at improving the lives of children and economically weaker sections of society.
Although these services are provided free of cost to those in need, they require continuous financial support to sustain and grow. To ensure that these noble initiatives continue without interruption, we seek the support of socially responsible individuals and donors who wish to contribute to community welfare.
